Nokia Intellisync Device Management iPhone is a top term, a big browser, and an Ad machine

When I first heard about syphone, a tool that allows you to save, archive and view your iPhone SMS messages on your Mac, I was interested.

The problem is that the feature I really wanted is missing. I would love to have syphone do all that it does, but also accept new text messages, and allow you to send them. SMS is great and all that, but often I am online when a message is in, and I much prefer my computer keyboard than the iPhones.

I know that there are online sites that let you message, and some IM clients, but having the tool that integrates this nicely would be great. Maybe that is just iChat though.

What is interesting in general, is the idea of having rich clients that interact with your phone. What other desktop applications would complement your phone experience?
